The user password and subscription will remain active until the user or their cellular operator requests cancellation. We will automatically renew any subscriptions based on the timeframe you specified in the Mobilebill members area. If billing fails, we will retry 10 further times over 24 hours. If this still fails, we will cancel the customers subscription and instruct your systems to downgrade your customers access level (if necassary) via a Callback. |
